Sacred Sunday | What Shall We Give?
[ if you don't know what this link party is all about, read the introduction ] I have shared this on the blog before, but I think it merits double exposure.
"To catch the real meaning of the spirit of Christmas, we need only drop the last syllable and it becomes the Spirit of Christ."
As we near Christmas day, think about the most important of all gifts that you could give this year: the pure love of Christ. A hug for a lonely soul, a meal for a struggling family, even a simple prayer for someone who may be struggling emotionally. Every act of love that we give those around us is love that we show to our Father in Heaven and love that He shows His children through us. As we help meet the needs of our brothers & sisters, He is pleased with us. They are blessed, we are blessed, and our loving Father smiles on all of us. Give the gift of God's love this Christmas.
